If your item is in stock, please allow Americae 1 - 2 business days to process your order. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays—we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with an Australia Post Registered Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS Express, which offers 1-3 day delivery within the express post network, and requires a signature on delivery.

We ship worldwide. For shipping internationally, we use USPS International Delivery Service:

*EXPRESS | Flat Rate $40 | 3 - 6 Business Days
Once shipped, you will be emailed with an USPS Registered Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home. You will be able to track your item through the USPS website: usps.com/track.
International customers please note—once your order has departed, the most up-to-date tracking details will be available via your country's national postal service. For delivery updates, please enter your unique tracking number into your national postal website's track & trace service. For the United Kingdom please refer to Royal Mail (royalmail.com).
If you are not familiar with your country's national postal service, please enter your unique tracking number on trackitonline.com which will connect you to the website of your local courier.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.
Americae does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.
